As a result of the challenges, and expectations of our people on federal agencies, and the need for effective collaboration and linkages, I have appointed Dr Bozimoh Andrew Torulolo as my Chief of Staff, in addition to my existing legislative aides.
Dr. Torulolo brings a wealth of experience, having retired from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Assistant Director and earned his PhD in Security and Strategic Studies from Nasarawa State University while also acquiring Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Abuja.
His role will involve co-ordinating contacts with federal agencies, ministries, and partners in various issues that affect the activities of my office.
Additionally, he will serve as the link with stakeholders in Bayelsa West, Bayelsa, and Ijaws in general, assisting those who require support from my office to make inquiries on federal matters and access federal opportunities.
Dr Torulolo is a vastly experienced person who understands the workings of the federal system from his 35 years of meritorious service. He also knows our people and their expectations.
I ask all stakeholders to collaborate with him on all issues that need my attention and support at the federal level.
He equally understands that the scope of my interest is beyond Bayelsa West and covers all issues affecting the strategic interests of the Ijaw Nation and Niger Delta. He would be open and accessible to all on these matters.
His appointment takes effect immediately.
