Yesterday, I had the honor of being invited to attend a dinner in honor of the outgoing South Korean Ambassador HE Kim Young Chae and his wife.
The dinner was hosted by my friend and wife, His Excellency Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the former Governor of Abia state and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Privatisation.
In attendance were the Chinese Ambassador and his wife, the Indonesian Ambassador and his wife, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, other Senate colleagues as well as former Minister Goddy Agba and his wife.
During the event, we all spoke, acknowledging the services of the outgoing South Korean Ambassador. I know he is a good friend of Bayelsa, and we thanked them for their services, wished them well, and urged them to remember Nigeria in whatever capacity they serve next.
