We had our customary Christmas day service at the Palace of Melchizedek where well- wishers, friends, community leaders and other worshippers joined my family and I to thank God for His mercies for the year and for Christmas.
In my brief remarks, I reminded everyone about the need for love and forgiveness, and for us to support, encourage and pray for one another, our state, our country and the world at large, and that we should always work together in love and reconcile with one another for that is the reason for the season.
I thank the people for coming to join my family to worship, I hope to see them during the new year service and beyond.
I also pray that God will keep all of us, our families, the State and the Nation in peace.
