Earlier today, I was on the delegation of the Senate President to receive the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Nigeria, Ambassador Annett Günther, to discuss issues affecting Nigeria and the relationship between the two countries.
The Ambassador expressed the willingness of the German Government to collaborate with Nigeria on a number of issues including issues of climate change which fall under my jurisdiction and we hope to follow it up.
