In continuation of our services to the people, I visited my elder brother and Secretary to the Government of the Federation, His Excellency, Senator George Akume, CON, in his office. We discussed issues affecting our people, especially the ecological challenges facing our coastal communities, which are constantly under erosion.
I emphasised on the need for a gradual, firm, and sustainable support from the Ecological Fund of which the issues are under consideration, and I will also be discussing with federal ministries especially Ministry of Works, State Governments, and development agencies like Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, and other stakeholders.
Our coastal communities across the country are in dire need of our attention.
